MONASTERY AGIORITIKO ROSE

VARIETIES: There are no prevalent varieties, it is a mixture of several white and red varieties.

AREA: Vineyard of monoxilitis in Agio Oros which belongs to the monastery of Dionysius. The wine is made in the winery in Karyani, Kavala.

FLAVOURS: Generally of flowers and particularly of citrus fruits as also flavours of fruits (f.ex, pear, peach), etc.

GENERAL: Full-bodied wine, balanced with velvet touch and long-lasting aftertaste.

COMBINATIONS: Pizzas, pasta, poultry, meats on the spit, Chinese type foods as well as alone with fruit dishes.

SERVED TEMPERATURE: 8 - 10?C
