PAGGAIORITIKOS WHITE

VARIETIES: The most prevalent is the Sauvignon Blanc 50%, with additional varieties chardonnay and roditi.

AREA: Privately-owned vineyard with low production of 5000 kg per acre in mount pageon region.

FLAVOURS: Generally of fruits such as pear, peach, melon, etc.

GENERAL: Full-bodied wine, rich, balanced with normal to high acidity, fresh, youthful.

COMBINATIONS: It is combined very well with all kinds of fish and sea-food, with white meats, in the absence of strong sauces. It can also be drunk with fruits or by it self.

SERVED TEMPERATURE: 8 - 10˚C
