GENERAL: Very good acidity, full-bodied, balanced, with long-lasting flavour and very good after taste.
COMBINATIONS: Shell-fish, smoked salmon, fish either grilled or cooked with sauces and generally sea-food with piquant sauces. Also, with white meats with light white sauces.
